Baby update!

So 23 days to go!!! I am due on the 17th of April. So they say...I think it will be earlier...but watch this baby won't want to come early like the boys did! I am ready to get this party started if you know what I mean! This pregnancy has been harder on me then with the boys! So I am seriously hoping for EARLY!!! Still haven't convinced Derek that Delaney Mae Taylor is the name...but I think he'll come around eventually!:) I hope or she will be nameless:( So that is the official update...aren't I doing better:)

The other thing keeping me busy!

So here is the other thing that is keeping me really busy...my new house and getting all settled before our next new change (the baby!). So 2 1/2 months of living with my family and the house is done! That time frame suprised everyone...I knew it would be fast but it was even faster then I thought it would be! The actual building time was a month! So we have been in our house for a month now and here it is...we are all settled :) The yard will be coming this summer!

Here is the boys room...bunk beds to come shortly so they don't have to share anymore (although they really do just fine together but there is a point to where everyone needs their own beds!

Kasen FINALLY turns 5!

I don't know why but it feels like it has taken forever for Kasen to turn 5! Maybe it is because he is such a big boy that he has seemed 5 for a long time now? He was so super excited for this birthday and had so much fun counting down the days! He is such a good, fun, loving kid! We LOVE having him in our family! He went to gym in the morning and was a chatterbox about it being his b-day, then I took him to lunch; he wanted a Wendy's kids meal then he wanted to go to the Kangaroo Zoo again this year, he had a lot of fun with his brother and cousin Olivia. Then he wanted pancakes for dinner and had a little monster of a party with the family and a few friends! Best Brothers (most of the time:))

This was his Monster cake... for his invitations he helped me pick out the papers to make them and he picked monsters so we had fun making a monster face on his cake. He thought it looked "so awesome!"

He got lots of fun things...thanks everyone for coming and making it fun for him! He loves everything he got! Happy Birthday little buddy! We love you!

A little of this....

So here are some of the things I have making lately... (this is part of the reason I have been absent in the blogging). I have been making burp cloths and diaper totes, a carseat cover, started a blanket (need to now unpick the blanket and start over:(, a bumper pad for the crib, and a little snugglie blanket! Yes, I have been busy! And I already know that I try to do way too much at one time (everyone keeps getting mad at me and telling me to slow down, but I have to stay busy! I am one that needs to "feel" ready...I'm not there yet:)) These burpies match the fabric in the blanket I have to start over on...I'll post the blanket pics if I ever get it all done!
