We spent the whole week celebrating Kasen's birthday!
The boys had the Monday before his birthday off from school so Derek took the day off as well. We went swimming in the morning and the neighbors friends were there so the boys were so excited and had a lot of fun with dad there too. Kasen was also super excited that he got to go down the slide all by himself now!
Than the boys headed off to get some lunch while us girls got cleaned up a bit and allowed Miss D to have a nap.
Then later we went bowling it is always entertaining to see the boys bowl:) Dad won like always then Kasen then mom and last but not least Burke!!

After bowlng we went and got something to eat at JCW's.
It was a fun day for him!
He had a treat at school on Wednesday (His actual birthday) and then the party on Saturday with the family.Kasen asked me out of the blue one day before his party if Gma was going to make him a cake, so I said that she was and said guess what it is going to be... a dinosaur! and he got all excited and said "Awesome!! He was remembering that she made burke a space ship for his birthday and wanted her to make him one too! Luckily I had already talked to her and had it in the works...whew! She came up with this AMAZING dino!
And dino cupcakes to go with the cake!
Then my amazing Mother made this Fort kit!! treats included!

Derek and I gave him a BYU jersey, a BYU t-shirt, BYU sweat bands, an outfit and some shoes. His favorite was the shoes! The kid LOVES his shoes!!
He was really cute though...he told Derek and I about 20 times ech how much he loved them and then Thanked us as many times with lots of hugs!
This was a birthday that he was actually super i to and excited for..it was rally fun!
